In the last few years I have given workshops in different roles. In various countries of origin, I have helped coffee farmers to understand the value chain, explain the importance of high quality coffee, advise on how to improve coffee production, help to improve the processing of roasted coffee and to establish quality control. I also taught consumers about the cultivation, processing and preparation of coffee.
